In order to analyze the Chinese food price fluctuation reason, the inspection analysis model is applied in it. Firstly, the basic characteristics of Chinese food price fluctuation are discussed. Secondly, the affecting factor index system of Chinese food price is confirmed. Thirdly, the long and short period driving force model of Chinese food price is established and the corresponding inspection analysis is carried out and results can offer effective theoretical basis for establishing the controlling policy of Chinese food fluctuation.
