Influence of Food Consumption Structure Change on the Development of Agricultural Economical Development in the Accelerated Urbanization of China

Abstract

This study analyzed the change of food consumption structure of our country from 1990 to 2012, estimated the climbing space for per capita food consumption level and discussed the influence of food consumption structure change on agricultural development in the accelerated urbanization. Finally, relative conclusions were drawn out and policy suggestions were proposed accordingly.
