Abstract

As an example of compare service quality of different retail food dealer, the article studies the problem with many decision-makers evaluate some of all schemes and provide a method to transform weighted certain language to uncertain language and then study main indexes to evaluate the service quality of retail food dealers and to analyze a case based on the UEOWA operator at last, the method can provide reference for this kinds of problems.
