Abstract

In this study an efficient copyright protection scheme for e-governance documents has been proposed. The proposed method uses Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to watermark the digital content. Experimental results show that the proposed method offers high imperceptibility and also the watermark is extracted perfectly.
