Abstract

The paper aim to comparative study of different structures of PID controller and the values of gains of the PID controller Kp, Ki and Kd are calculated by using Levenberg-Marquardt's optimization Algorithm (LMA). The Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) structure is mainly used to achieve the desired output in case of closed loop control systems in most of the industry applications. It is difficult to obtain the proper values of the PID controller parameters Kp, Ki and Kd. The performance of this approach is evaluated by setting the objective function as the Integral of the Square Error (ISE). The proposed methods are simulated by tuning all the parameters of different structure of PID controller for PH neutralization process in MATLAB program.
