Abstract:
Employee engagement has emerged as one of the most important topics in the sphere of human resource management. It stands for the extent to which the employees are committed to the vision, mission and goals of the organization and involved with the work they do. The aim is to assess the main factors encouraging or preventing employee engagement, create fatigue and happiness in ITES employees. The first phase will be a survey was conducted in 10 IT companies and sample Size is 800, using a structured questionnaire. Focus group interview discussion will be based on reasons for attrition and the unique problems of employee engagement, the happiness of ITES employees. Exit interview data will be analyzed using percentage analysis, factor analysis and content analysis using statistical tool SPSS.
