This study is aimed to present a collaboration risk analysis methods based on trapezoidal fuzzy numbers similarity to solve this problem. By using two linguist terms probability of failure and severity of loss, supply chain collaboration risk can be calculated and expressed with linguistic term. At last, an example is used to identify the efficiency of this method.
