Abstract:

In this study, the relationships between in series and parallel resistances with Hetero Junction (HJ) solar cells and coincidently their behavior have been investigated under different does of electron irradiation. V-I characteristics of heterojunction solar cell have been studied under various conditions. The variations of efficiency, JSC, VOC and fill factor have been studied under above conditions. The structure of heterojunction solar cells prepares a suitable situation to have variable stats.
