Abstract:
The present study investigates the correlation between women’s employment and children’s training in Iran families. In line with this issue independent and dependent variables are introduced as mother’s employment and children’s training respectively. Research method utilized here include field study, literature review and surveying analysis using questionnaire technique to collect related data and information required for the preset study. Statistical data of the study include 200 guidance school students of 11th district of Education and Training Organization in the city of Tehran whom their mothers are employed. They have been picked up using objective random selection method. The research results revealed that the main research assumption is valid and there is a significant correlation between mothers’ employment and children’s training in the society of Iran.
